I signed up to the 12 Week Body Confident Mumma Project because, I’m a busy mum of 3 kids & I was always prioritizing the rest of family over myself. When my youngest turned 1, I decided it was time to focus a bit more on myself. My goal was to make life long changes to my lifestyle; eat healthier, get fitter, lose some kilos & overall become a better version of myself. 😊
I loved the program from get go. It’s clear Magdalena had spent a lot of time personalizing the program to suit each client; from my nutrition goals to workouts. It was definitely not like any program I’ve tried before; she educated us so that these are life long changes we are making & which will last the test of time. I have learnt so much about nutrition, weight loss & most importantly how to maintain it long term.
I didn’t feel deprived at all during the program because Magdalena focuses on long term, sustainable weight loss, done slowly & in a way where you just shift your intake of different foods rather than restricting it significantly. I found I was actually eating more, just differently!
I found the workouts so time efficient but also so much more effective than what I’d been doing previously. She changed them up every 4 weeks to keep us progressing & I could squeeze the workouts into my busy life with 3 kids when I wanted.
What I found most surprising & effective were the changes to my mindset. There is a lot of focus on this & I was quite amazed by how impactful & beneficial this was to me overall.
I highly recommend this program, I feel like it’s done wonders to my overall health & well being & I feel happier, more energetic, stronger & of course the added bonus... lighter on the scale as well as smaller on the tape measure! You won’t regret signing up. 👍😊
