Mums Going Strong Fitness

Mums Going Strong Fitness offers outdoor group training sessions for mums, with onsite nannies to take care of your little ones while you take care of yourself.

  • Everything you need to improve your health and fitness, with a mix of cardio, resistance/strength training, flexibility, core stability and pelvic floor exercises
  • Fun, challenging and highly-effective sessions that offer something different every time
  • Tighten that mummy tummy, tone your legs, arms and butt, and – most importantly – feel beautifully confident in your own body (because there’s nothing sexier than that!)
