Hey beautiful mama! I’m Magdalena – women’s health and fitness coach, and mum to two beautiful children.
My passion lies in helping mums just like you get healthier, stronger and more confident, so you can get more out of life.

Living your best life is about feeling at your best both physically and mentally. And – surprise, surprise – fad diets, strict regimes, and punishing schedules are NOT the answer!
That’s why my programs take a balanced approach, incorporating mindset, coaching, education and nutrition in addition to exercise, in order to get you feeling better, stronger and happier in every way.
Strength from the inside out
Having experienced prolapse and abdominal separation, I know the importance of restoring and strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles, so you can train safely and effectively.
My training programs focus on these areas of the body, helping women during their post-childbirth journey to avoid injury and other health conditions that can hold you back.
Once postnatal, always postnatal!
I work with mums at every single stage of post-childbirth – from those early postnatal months through to perimenopause and menopause.
As our bodies and hormones change and adjust over the course of our lives, our approach to training and nutrition needs to evolve to continue giving us the best results – because what worked at one stage of your life may not work at another.

After suffering from prolapse after the birth of one of my children, I discovered the immense importance of an effective postnatal health and fitness program.
So began my journey to creating fitness programs designed specifically for mums – meeting the individual needs of our bodies and structured around our busy lifestyles.

I loved the program from get go. It’s clear Magdalena had spent a lot of time personalizing the program to suit each client; from my nutrition goals to workouts. It was definitely not like any program I’ve tried before; she educated us so that these are life long changes we are making & which will last the test of time. I have learnt so much about nutrition, weight loss & most importantly how to maintain it long term.
I didn’t feel deprived at all during the program because Magdalena focuses on long term, sustainable weight loss, done slowly & in a way where you just shift your intake of different foods rather than restricting it significantly. I found I was actually eating more, just differently!
I found the workouts so time efficient but also so much more effective than what I’d been doing previously. She changed them up every 4 weeks to keep us progressing & I could squeeze the workouts into my busy life with 3 kids when I wanted.
What I found most surprising & effective were the changes to my mindset. There is a lot of focus on this & I was quite amazed by how impactful & beneficial this was to me overall.

As it turns out, the nutrition and lifestyle advice has been the most valuable part of the programme for me. It has changed my mind-set and the way I think about food. I feel confident that this has been a great step forward for me
I was aprehensive about starting as I wasn't sure if I could really self-manage.
What I have found, through Mags guidance, is that it's not about being perfect all the time - it's about being as consistent as I can be. I know I'm not always able to get the right amount of whatever I need. But what I do know is that I am able to make the right choices on what my body needs.
I have also learnt that incidental exercise is really important and is just as important as strength exercise. It has been great to be able to do the exercises at home in my own time. Also, being a busy Mum, I don't feel so hard on myself when I don't get around to exercising. It's just a matter of being consistent with movement.
My body image talk and thoughts have changed. I feel more positive about my body. It has also made me want to positive so my kids will in turn be more positive about their bodies.
This program has worked on all aspects of me - body, mind and soul. I celebrate the achievements of my week, even the little wins!
I am really glad that I took on this challenge. Mags has really helped me think about what is important to fuel my body, how I should think about myself, and how to make positive change in small steps.
